About the Job:

This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will also be required to contact tradespersons for major repairs, advertise vacancies, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances
  • Supervise other workers
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment

Requirements:
