Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at IBI Group. As a key member of our transportation engineering team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations
  • Managing project risks, issues, and changes, and developing mitigation strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
