Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our R&D team as a Senior Staff Engineer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-speed analog and digital design, with strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in modeling, analysis, and algorithm development.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Modeling: Develop and maintain system-level models using Matlab/C/SystemVerilog
  • Architecture Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and specifications for transmitters and receivers
  • Sign-off: Perform system-level simulations to validate design performance across multiple protocols and channels
  • Silicon Qualification: Work closely with silicon engineering teams to qualify and correlate performance and algorithms in silicon
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers on system-level performance and algorithmic issues
Requirements
  • MSc or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-speed analog and digital design
  • Strong understanding of per-protocol handling of RX and TX adaptation
