About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Chocolate Sales Connoisseur to join our sales team at our shop in Woodgrove Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals by providing a great customer experience and promoting our award-winning chocolate products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting our products and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Prior retail experience is an asset, but not required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
