Financial Services Representative Opportunity

RBC Dominion Securities Inc., a leading investment and wealth management firm in Canada, is seeking a resourceful and collaborative individual to join our team as an Associate Financial Services Representative. This role offers the chance to provide exceptional service and support to clients and Advisor teams while working collaboratively in a dynamic and progressive environment.

Job Description Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to contact clients, and ensuring account administration and documentation remain up-to-date and compliant. You will also respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner, tap into your problem resolution skills to provide proactive client service, and effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, high-quality time management and organization skills, and demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that comes across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients. A Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) are desired, but not required. Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures is also an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates in St. Catharines, Ontario. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive Total Rewards Program, including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable. Please note that the actual compensation package may vary based on individual performance and company policies.
