About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Advisor to join our team at Princeton Holdings Limited. As an Investment Advisor, you will play a critical role in deepening and broadening relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities within an assigned block of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing responsive and solution-oriented needs analysis to deepen and strengthen their relationships with our firm.
  • Investment Portfolio Management: Support client investment/portfolio inquiries by leveraging relevant tools and resources to satisfy immediate needs of existing clients.
  • Business Development: Proactively source new investment business opportunities within an existing book of business and with internal partners.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understand and adhere to all regulatory and compliance operating standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years hands-on investment experience.
  • Education: University Degree/College Diploma.
  • Professional Designations: Professional Designations (ie: CFP, PFP, QAFP) or working towards an asset.
  • Licenses: Mutual funds license required.
  • Skills: Proven experience with investment structures, such as RRSPs, LIRAs, TFSAs & RRIFs.
  • Client Focus: You have a track record of working with investment-centric clients, providing advice and guidance with their portfolios, including mutual funds and ETFs.
  • Personal Qualities: You're a self-motivated, people-oriented individual with a passion for helping people with their investment and wealth planning needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve problems and manage incoming client inquiries.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent organizational, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM and financial planning software.
