Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth and development.
  • Use the technique of hoeing between rows to control weeds and maintain soil quality.
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Cut agricultural crops to harvest and prepare them for processing.
  • Cut agricultural seed according to farm standards to ensure high-quality products.
  • Harvest seedlings to plant new crops and maintain a healthy crop rotation.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to prepare fields for planting.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases.
  • Harvest crops to bring in a bountiful yield and prepare them for processing.
