Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pan Am Clinic in the Intensive Care Nursery Unit. As a Clinical Practice Nurse, you will provide professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide independent nursing services, including administration of prescribed medical treatments
  • Lead the healthcare team and coordinate patient care and discharge
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program
  • Current CRNM registration
  • Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
  • Bilingualism (English/French) required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent NICU experience or Acute Care experience
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
