Experienced Mechanic for School Bus Fleet Maintenance

About the Role

As a Licensed Mechanic with First Student Canada-Transco, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and maintenance of our school bus fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preventive maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual MTO maintenance inspections
  • Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle and equipment repair, including brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions
  • Ensure work orders are completed accurately
  • Assist with mobile emergency services

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Holds a T license
  • Possess a mechanic's tool set
  • Willingness to participate in ASE certification program. Training, testing, and bonuses provided
