Job Summary

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that projects meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the satisfaction of all parties.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise construction staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or a related field an asset.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and may be required to work at heights.
