Job Summary

Crystal Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team. As a Drywall Finisher, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall sheets, filling joints and holes, and creating smooth surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and finish drywall sheets to ensure a smooth and even surface
  • Filling joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife
  • Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets to ensure a precise fit
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coats to dry
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on drywall installation and finishing techniques
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing
  • Ability to work physically demanding tasks and repetitive tasks
