About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our team at Spring Service Ltd. as a key member of our parts department. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Parts Sales: Sell spare and replacement parts to customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving and stocking parts, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Shipping and Delivery: Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as required.
  • Warehouse Operations: Store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience in a parts department or related field is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
