About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents in long-term care facilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, perform surveillance, and chart resident information
  • Provide guidance and support to personal support workers (PSWs)
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
