About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Eagle Global Solutions. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff
  • Manage inventory and merchandise ordering
  • Establish and maintain work schedules
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues
  • Organize and maintain sales data and reports
  • Supervise and coordinate sales team activities
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
