Chief Machine Learning Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Machine Learning Architect to join our team at Motion Recruitment in Vancouver, BC. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for end-to-end AI development, with a focus on modeling and data science.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement machine learning models that drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Fine-tune open-source language models (LLMs) and integrate them into production environments
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines
- Work closely with product managers to understand business needs and develop solutions
- 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
- Experience working with LLMs and fine-tuning open-source models
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
