Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team at 2704989 Ontario Inc. as a Computer Programmer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Software Development: Write, modify, integrate, and test software code to meet the requirements of our clients.
  2. Program Maintenance: Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Technical Problem-Solving: Identify and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to ensure efficient software development.
  4. Documentation: Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
  5. Requirements Gathering: Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements to ensure software meets client needs.
  6. Specifications Development: Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications for software development projects.
  7. Software Evaluation: Research and evaluate various software products to ensure they meet our clients' requirements.
  8. Special Effects Programming: Program special effects software for film and video applications.
  9. E-commerce Development: Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in software development.
