Job Summary
The Hawkesbury General Hospital & District General Hospital is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in the care of our patients, providing expert assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Conduct physical assessments and develop treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and function
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-management
Requirements
- Masters of Physiotherapy or equivalent education
- Certificate of Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, ICU, ER, acute care, and outpatient clinics
- Strong knowledge of both official languages
