Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Conduct physical assessments and develop treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and function
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-management

Requirements

  • Masters of Physiotherapy or equivalent education
  • Certificate of Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, ICU, ER, acute care, and outpatient clinics
  • Strong knowledge of both official languages
