About Element Site Cleaning Ltd.Element Site Cleaning Ltd. is a reputable cleaning services provider seeking an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of our cleaning operations.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Cleaning Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our cleaning team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and train our cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Inspect our sites or facilities regularly to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a cleaning or related role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
