The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving enhancements for Finance functions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and integrated applications. This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall vision and ERP system expertise to support solution continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize scope items related to Finance, measuring business impact, complexity, delivery, and training.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their challenges and help solve those challenges by leveraging D365 and other systems.
  • Gather requirements from multiple sources and translate those requirements into documented needs.
  • Identify business solutions, tools, and data flows, and develop workflow diagrams with multiple swim lanes.
  • Work closely with software developers, project managers, and quality assurance to translate business requirements into successful technical deliveries.
  • Ensure operational ERP information flows flawlessly into the Financials, specifically AR, AP, and GL.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a University Degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to elicit requirements, document current state and future state business process flows, and propose viable solutions to business issues.
  • Strong understanding of Procure to Pay and Order to Cash business processes.
  • Proficient in financial business processes related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Tax, and Supply Chain Finance.
