Cannabis Cultivation Specialist

Adecco Canada is seeking a skilled Cannabis Cultivation Specialist to join our team in Tiverton, ON. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the daily care and maintenance of plants from clone to harvest. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a high level of initiative and passion for growing plants.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cannabis Cultivation Specialist to work in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily care and maintenance of plants, maintaining a clean and sterile production area, and following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to daily work activities.

**Responsibilities:***
* Conduct daily care and maintenance of plants from clone to harvest
* Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area at all times, including routine cleaning
* Weekly sterilization of equipment and infrastructure
* Harvest and repopulate rooms in an efficient and timely manner
* Follow all SOPs related to daily work activities to maintain compliance with regulations
* Maintain general care of tools, technical equipment, and production facility
* Work cohesively in a group or independently as required
* Ability to work in warm conditions
* Ability to work with and handle disinfection chemicals
* Moderate computer skills
* Ability to troubleshoot equipment / machinery
* Able to follow direction
* Must show high-level of initiative and passion with respect to growing plants
* Must be able to work variable shifts
* Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:***
* Must have a clear criminal background
* Must have meticulous attention to detail
* Capable of lifting 50lbs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be able to carry out often repetitive tasks at a continuously high level of quality
* Willingness and flexibility to complete any task that may be required
* Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Cannabis Industry
* Personal protective equipment required: safety shoes
* Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
