Product Development Project Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Project Manager to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing multiple large-scale projects across various sectors, including agricultural, industrial, and recreational.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the new product development project lifecycle, from initial submission to production launch, ensuring adherence to the Product Development Process (PDP)
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and mobilize technical resources as needed
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery and within budget
* Facilitate multi-departmental meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on deadlines and budgets
* Present project progress reports to the Executive Committee and provide recommendations for improvement
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during development projects
