Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

Apollo Convention Centre Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of cleaning staff and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed, including assisting with duties and tasks.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
