Experience: 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical systems or similar fields
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot simple problems in material handling systems and unjamming in sub-systems
- Perform routine maintenance and simple troubleshooting of mechanical components and electrical systems
- Execute preventive maintenance activities for both electrical and mechanical systems
- Report executed maintenance activities and replacements of machine spare parts

Skills
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and high-tech systems automation
- Electro-mechanical skills with experience in electrical fault-finding and fault-rectification
- First-hand experience with electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Skilled in using standard electrical test instruments

Work Environment
The work environment involves frequent exposure to material handling systems, mechanical parts, and vibration. Noise levels can be loud, and ear protection should be worn. The Service Technician will encounter various types of equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
