Transportation Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Manager to join our team at T PAHAL TRANSPORT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our transportation department.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations
Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily transportation operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance.
Plan and Organize Daily OperationsDevelop and implement plans to ensure the smooth execution of daily transportation activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles and goods.
Prepare Reports for Senior ManagementCompile and present regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Supervise StaffLead and manage a team of transportation staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Establish and Implement Policies and StandardsDevelop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Oversee Scheduling and DispatchingManage the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and that customers receive excellent service.
SupervisionYou will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.
