About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator/Oiler-Sander to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to deliver high-quality products while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain production line equipment, including oilers and sanders, to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a snack food or confectionery setting.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to operate complex equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
