Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Talent Nails and Lashes Ltd. is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in our nail services, ensuring that all work meets our company's expectations.
  • Client Focus: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials and equipment, and coordinate activities with other departments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work Pressure: Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client Focus: Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills.
