RhynoCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Hawkesbury-area.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident's plan of care.
- Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
- Ensure timely and accessible admissions, comprehensive orientations, and safe resident transfers and discharges.
- Manage the supply, control, and safekeeping of drugs and narcotics, and ensure protocols are followed.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.
- Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Medical Clearance, including TB tests.
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check and/or Adult Abuse Registry Check.
- Clear Criminal Record check.
All staff are required to provide proof of vaccination, adhere to COVID-19 prevention protocols, and wear a mask at all times.
