Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of General Manager/Sales Manager at ONTARIO LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and operations teams, allocating resources, and establishing financial and administrative controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
Requirements
