The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation, with experience in preparing accurate cost estimates for residential high-rise projects. You will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring financial efficiency and feasibility.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in estimating software, able to read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and engineering drawings. A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred.
