Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Helper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Helper to join our team at The Allergy Clinic.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Laboratory Helper will assist healthcare professionals in maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, and operating and maintaining sterilization equipment and instrumentation for re-use according to standardized safety practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals in maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation for re-use according to standardized safety practices
  • Maintain supplies and inventory of equipment
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas
  • Process files and paperwork
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Work Environment:
