Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truss Maker to join our team at Western Woodworks Incorporated. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling door panels, trusses, and modular components to create prefabricated housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble door panels, trusses, and modular components to meet quality standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings
  • Pack and prepare items for shipping and distribution
  • Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards
Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30-50 hours per week
