About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team at CI Financial. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding business systems analysis for various in-house and vendor-based solutions in our Investment Management Services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify, document, and manage business requirements and specifications for various projects.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with business users to determine optimal solutions and alternatives for business and systems needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and hands-on help to solve complex business problems and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Set stakeholder expectations, share complex concepts with non-technical audiences, and facilitate meetings to review and refine project backlogs.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings, and help ensure project deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience as a business/systems analyst in the Investment Management or Brokerage industry.
  • College/University graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of investment management functions, including portfolio management/administration, portfolio modeling, back and middle-office functions.
  • Excellent analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
