Mainstreet Equity Corp is seeking a Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for negotiating and approving rental or lease agreements, ensuring terms are met, and coordinating repairs and maintenance. You will also be responsible for compiling and maintaining records, responding to trouble calls, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, you will be required to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Compile and maintain records
  • Respond to trouble calls
  • Schedule appointments
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
