Floor Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Floor Clerk to join our team at Dawson Hardware Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and performing various tasks related to sales, inventory, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with purchases, including bagging and loading items into vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform stockroom tasks
- Operate a cash register and process transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain a clean and safe store environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
