Maintaining a client-centric environment that satisfies and exceeds customer expectations is crucial in this role. The ideal candidate will make informed credit decisions and recommendations based on sound credit-granting principles and adherence to Bank Policies & Procedures.

  • We're looking for someone with deep expertise in bank products, processes, and systems who can troubleshoot effectively to ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to recommend solutions based on issue analysis and implications for the business are essential.
  • This role involves conducting independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues and help determine business priorities and best execution sequence.
  • You'll oversee documentation and ongoing monitoring of asset and client performance, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
  • Providing accurate financial analysis and risk assessment of new and existing customers is critical in minimizing BMO's risk exposure.
  • As part of this team, you'll assist in negotiations of terms and conditions via phone and email interactions with clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

About the Role:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $126,000 and a salaried pay type.
