Job Title: Camp Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement summer programs that align with Camp Riverwood's mission and values
  • Lead a team of staff and counselors to deliver a high-quality program experience
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times
  • Manage camp operations, including logistics, budgeting, and risk management
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for program growth and development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a summer camp or youth program setting
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality programs and ensuring camper safety
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
