About the Role

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a skilled Donor Services Representative to join our dynamic Donor Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the collection of donor blood in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Confirm appointments, rebook donors as needed, and serve potential donors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Donor Centre team to ensure a successful donor centre event.
  • Ensure the workstation is ready and functioning properly, including setting up the computer and printer, printing appointment schedules, and updating the booking system online.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a customer service-oriented environment or previous experience working with volunteers is an asset.
  • Technical skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems and programs.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift weights up to 10 kg (22 lbs.).
