Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recipes for a range of baked goods from scratch.
  • Presentation is key - our pastry artisan must decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts with flair.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order baking supplies as necessary to avoid stock shortages.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role.
  • In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation are crucial for success in this position.
  • The ability to work early mornings or flexible hours as required is also important.
