Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Niagara's Best Inn is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring our hotel rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service.
  • Inspect hotel rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
