Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal line performance and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement CAPEX projects and ensure smooth commissioning
  • Coach and develop the capabilities of production operators to improve performance and efficiency
  • Verify the implementation of operational control checks and adjust parameters to meet established standards
  • Oversee overhaul planning and follow-up processes for specific lines or areas
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and drive SOP development and confirmation
  • Promote collaboration and integration between production and maintenance teams
  • Participate in the development of process sheets and changeover matrices
  • Develop and validate Standard Maintenance Procedures
  • Support and contribute to Carlsberg Excellence focus areas
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in mechanical, electrical, automation, or food technologies
  • 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in implementing Continuous Improvement programs
  • Consumer Goods manufacturing experience, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry
  • Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is an asset
  • Results-driven, self-starter with an innovative mindset
  • Demonstrated planning and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
