Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including maintaining work records and logs.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work, as well as requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, and follow-up on issues with work orders.
  • Keep track of shipments, record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Willing to relocate.
  • Transportation.
  • Freight forwarding.
  • Warehouse.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work under pressure.
Personal Suitability:
  • Organized.
  • Team player.
