Job Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Product Development is a key member of our cross-functional team, responsible for driving the commercialization of new product innovations and initiatives across our food portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, who can collaborate with internal teams and co-manufacturers to bring new products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product development strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the development, testing, and evaluation of new ingredients and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, compliance with regulations, and specifications.
- Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve project goals and timelines.
- Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure ingredient pricing meets set targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, Food Science BSc or MSc.
- Proven track record of success in product development, with experience working in food production/manufacturing – ideally with QSR experience.
- Strong sensory evaluation skills and passion for food innovation.
- Results-driven, self-motivated individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of plant processes, equipment, ingredient functionality, and food regulations.
