Job Title: Food Processing Labourer

Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Processing Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to and from production areas.
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.
  • Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers.
  • Remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers.
  • Feed and unload processing machines, ensuring they are properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects and report any issues to process control and machine operators.
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties, including cleaning machines and immediate work areas.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
