At Pearle Vision, we believe in delivering exceptional eye care to our patients. We're looking for a Sales Associate who is creative, energetic, and people-focused to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Recommend specific lenses and lens coatings based on optical prescriptions.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
  • Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
  • Basic phone and math skills
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task
