Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Intern will be part of the Digital Marketing team, working under general supervision to create marketing materials that support the company's promotional efforts. This role will provide exposure to various deliverable types, document formats, software, processes, and practices, while interacting with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement well-organized, error-free marketing documents in support of product commercialization, including campaign development and deliverables for Medical Education programs, Conferences, product marketing initiatives, and launches.
- Develop an understanding of customers' attitudes and behaviors across platforms, channels, and activities to provide segmentation and personalization.
- Work cross-functionally to coordinate, track, and reconcile stakeholder inputs throughout development and review of content.
- Proofread, prepare, and route documents through the electronic Quality Management System while tracking the approval process.
- Develop an understanding of company document structure and conduct all documentation activities in compliance with Boston Scientific's Quality practices and procedures.
- Actively enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, and/or Public Relations.
- Demonstrated competence as a Technical Writer with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Strong interest in skill development in Digital Marketing.
