Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients to create delicious Italian dishes.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet quality standards and cater to the tastes of our guests.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
