We are seeking skilled nursing professionals to join our team at RhynoCare in the Stoney Creek area. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity with consistent hours and a set schedule until further notice. You will be working in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent, as well as current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and strong written and verbal English communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities
  • To provide nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician's orders, and within the scope of practice of an RN.
  • Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
  • Ensure timely admissions, comprehensive orientations, and resident transfers/discharges.
  • Manage the supply, control, and safekeeping of drugs and narcotics.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet residents' physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Deals with others in an effective, compassionate, and supportive manner.
  • Respects each resident as an individual and is aware of their need for self-respect and privacy.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Medical Clearance and Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
  • Clear Criminal Record check.
What We Offer

RhynoCare offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $107,000 per year, depending on experience. All staff are required to adhere to COVID-19 prevention protocols and wear a mask at all times.
