Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at TAGGAR CONSTRUCTION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, supervising workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise workers and projects to ensure they are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure that workers have the necessary skills to complete their tasks.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure that they are within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed on all construction sites.
  • Communication: Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction-related role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
