Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
- Operations and Logistics
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service and Engagement
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention, including loyalty programs and customer feedback mechanisms.
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a grocery or supermarket environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
