About the Position

We are seeking a qualified Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach to join our team at CHAMPS ACADEMY BJJ. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach, you will be responsible for teaching classes, developing lesson plans, and assisting with the overall development of our students.

Responsibilities
  • Teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that are engaging, challenging, and safe for students.
  • Assist with the overall development of our students, including providing feedback and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and techniques.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical fitness and ability to participate in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu activities.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
